Items are normally despatched with in 2 business days (24 - 48) hrs after the order is placed; however some items may take  upto 14 days, see individual product listing for each product details.

We ship most of our products from Bridgetown, Barbados our Barbados Souvenir gifts are available to be shipped to anywhere in the world.

How do we ship our products

Shipping rates vary by gift due to wieght, size and destination. You will be given the choice and cost of available shipping methods at check out  your options are:

• Express Mail - Typically delivered in 3 - 7 Bussiness Days following shipping date.
• Standard Mail - Delivered in 7 - 12 Bussiness Days or more following shipping date

Tracking is available for Express Mail shipments, we will supply you with information on how to track a shipped order in your shipped confirmation email.

Cancellation of Services

You will be required to make a deposit on services provided. If your cancellation time is greater than 48 hours before pick up we will refund your deposit.
If your cancellation time is less than 48 hours before pick up or you do not show-up for your trip there will be – NO REFUND

Product Returns

All purchases made from Best Barbados Vacation Packages.com are covered by our money-back guarantee if you are not satisfy. Shipping charges are not refundable.
