The Boartyard Barbados Beach

The Boatyard Barbados is definitely my favourite party spot on the island...

This fun entertainment spot is located on the outskirts of Bridgetown on a spectacular white sand beach with some of the most pristine waters you could imagine.

It’s the place to be! The music is playing, the rum punches are flowing, the food is delicious and the staff is some of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet...

Let me tell you this is the best party spot ever! It’s amazing with its own fun play park with a trampoline, a rope swing, a water slide and some other fun activities that everyone can do...

But my favourite of all the favourites is the “Bungie Run” this takes place on the beach, I love this activity, one end of the Bungie rope is tied securely to the pier while the other end is fitted around the waist with a harness...

Here is the catch participants taking part in this fun game has to stretch the Bungie cord as for as they can down the beach to win a prized. You’ll want to take part in this one!

And if by chance you don’t want to take part in these activities... there is a beach volleyball court, pool table, sports T.V darts and board games.

Also on location there is a dive shop catering to those who want to see first hand the diverse marine life on the brightly coloured coral reefs in and around Carlisle Bay.

Add to this you’ll also find a catamaran sailing cruise located at the Boatyard called the Heatwave...

This coastal cruise is for those who want to experience the ultimate in relaxation as the catamaran glide along the picturesque coastline of the island.

After all the fun daytime activities we made the 10-minute drive from the Gap to check out the Saturday night drinks free party... you shouldn’t miss this.

It’s a real Caribbean Style party it starts at 10pm and goes into the early hours of the morning.

It’s the coolest party spot on the island with something for everyone... delicious Caribbean style cuisine, fun filled days, romantic evenings and long nights with non-stop action parties.

A Swing Beach Culture and Great Nightlife make The Boatyard Barbados the place to be...

In 2009 we visited Barbados for the first time... and fell in love with the island immediately.

We went swimming in the crystal clear turquoise waters on the Boatyard beach one of the Caribbean most beautiful beaches.

So I must agree The Boatyard by day is absolutely amazing... we love the people the various activities which are available and the fact that the environment was so friendly.

...but I must admit Boatyard after sunset is equally as entertaining as a matter of fact
Boatyard after hours is an unforgettable experience.

The open air Caribbean style parties on Saturday started at 10 pm and went until 4 am Sunday were slamming.

Friendly people and great drinks make the Boatyard the best beach bar you’ll visit while on the island...

The Boatyard Barbados Is Amazing...

The Boatyard in Barbados has to be one of the best hangouts on the island... When we left Britain to holiday in Barbados we had no idea that so much of our time would have been spent at the Boatyard.

...But the article in the magazine stated white powdered sand, crystal clear water, friendly people, lively music and great food at the world famous Boatyard.

We decided this was the beach for us and to our surprise this place was even more amazing? there was a trampoline, rock climbing in the water and a rope swing.

We had a ball climbing up one side of the rock and sliding down the other side... but the real thrill was the rope swing on the Pirate Pier.

The aim of this adventure is for anyone brave enough to cling to this rope like Tarzan? swing out over the water and let go.

Although I must admit that the Rope Swing contraption dangling 20 ft up look pretty intimidating... but after you try it out you have to admit that any one can do it.

The combination was fantastic spectacular beach, crystal clear water and friendly staff... We recommend the Boatyard and Barbados to everyone it really is a good place to holiday.
