Bert's Sports Bar and Restaurant... Our Favorite Restaurant In Barbados

We visited Barbados for the first time ten years ago and was introduced to Bert's Bar located along Rockley main road.

We fell instantly in love with this restaurant on Barbados picturesque South coast. The menu at this popular sports bar consists of some of the tastiest fare on the island.

Imagine the most mouth-watering stone fired pizza, tender barbecue pork chops, and delicious coconut shrimp, the appropriately named Bert's sizzling steak platter served by the friendliest staff ever...

All must haves at this restaurant... but what we liked most about Bert’s was the ambience and the opportunity to watch the various sporting events on offer.

We had a fun time watching American Football, hockey, rugby, basketball, tennis, baseball, soccer and cricket.

We had so much fun cheering on our favorite teams from the poolside... Bert's Sports Bar and Restaurant really is our favorite restaurant in Barbados.

Thanks Bob... Bert's was open on June 1st 1976 by Bert Innis. The restaurant has been credited with having first satelite dish on the island. Since then Berts has definitely position itself as one of the leading sports bars on the island.
