Barbados Sailing Adventure

My family first visited Barbados in 2007 and was amazed by the natural beauty of this small Caribbean island.

The gentle sparkling waters of the island?s west coast seem to beckon us... so we decided to go on a Barbados sailing adventure.

We ask around and were told about this company that offers small personalized cruises along the spectacular coast line. We made our bookings and could not believe how perfect the conditions were for sailing that morning.

We set sail from Bridgetown in bright sunny conditions with the gentle winds blowing into our faces... it was one of the most refreshing and rejuvenating experiences I've ever had.

The cruise officials promised two stops along the way, so after a smooth sail down the west coast it was time for the first stop.

This stop was on a beautiful coral reef teeming with hundreds of brightly colored reef fish, we even got to swim with these fish.

The second stop was even more amazing, this time we got to swim with a family of turtles in a tranquil little bay.

The turtles were awesome and so gentle... you can even hand feed them with small pieces of fish brought along by the crew for this occasion.

This definitely was the highlight of our Barbados sailing adventure, if you are vacationing with kids this Barbados coastal cruise definitely is a must do.

The Barbados coastal cruise sound like it was one of the most pleasurable experiences on your holiday.

The only other feature that I would recommend would be the romantic sunset cruise, which gives you the opportunity to enjoy a beautiful tropical sunset.

There is no better way to experience Barbados spectacular waters any one who have done this sailing adventure will remember it for a very long time.
