The Amaryllis Beach Resort Barbados

Amaryllis Beach Resort is located on 500 feet of spectacular white sandy beach in Hastings Barbados. This 150 room  Family Resort set amidst lush tropical gardens is the ideal location for a delightful beach vacation. 

At the Amaryllis guest are treated to mouth-watering Caribbean and International cuisine, an exciting games room and arcade, weekly entertainment and a myriad of water sports and other beach activities...

But that's not all its location approximately 20 minutes drive from the Grantley Adams International Airport, It's close proximity to The Oistins Friday Night Fish Fry, St. Lawrence Gap with all its nightlife and Bridgetown, which is about 10 minutes away from the hotel makes this hotel the ideal place to vacation.

The Amaryllis consists of 150 rooms and studios utilizing three floors in three buildings the upper floors are accessible by two lifts. Each room has a balcony/terrace, and is outfitted with air-conditioning, safety deposit box, coffee maker, TV, iron and ironing board, clock radio and hairdryer

Guest Rooms at The Amaryllis Beach Resort

The Superior Studio Garden View as per hotel room plus a kitchenette with 2 burner stove top, microwave, toaster and fridge. It overlooks the garden and has a patio or balcony this sleeps maximum two adults.

The Superior Studio Ocean View has the same features as the Superior Studio Garden View but with views of the spectacular ocean.

The Deluxe Studio Garden View has the same facilities as a Superior Studio Garden View but this room is more spacious with a small dining room table and additional space to hold a rollaway bed for a third person. It sleeps up to three adults.

The Deluxe Studio Ocean Front has the same facilities as the Deluxe Studio Garden View but with views of the ocean.

The 1-Bedroom Suite Garden View has the same facilities as the Deluxe Studio Garden View but with a separate bedroom with 1 king-size and TV and sofa-bed in the living room. This 1-bedroom suite sleeps up to three adults or two adults and two children.

The 1-Bedroom Suite Oceanfront has the same facilities as the 1-Bedroom Suite Garden View but with views of the ocean.

The 2-Bedroom Suite Ocean Front has the same facilities as the 1-Bedroom Suite but with 2 bedrooms and an additional patio or balcony.

Dining at Amaryllis Beach Resort

The Amaryllis location presents guest with plenty of dining options along Barbados South coast... but there are a couple of dining options within the Amaryllis resort. 

These are the Almond Tree Restaurant which serves local and International cuisine and  the Turtle Nest Beach Bar serving lunch and snacks with a Beach Side Grill twice a week.
 

The Almond Tree Restaurant offers breakfast and a la carte or buffet dining and is open 7:30-10:30am and 7:00-9:30 pm.

The Turtle Nest Beach Bar offers a snack menu and fun drinks between 11:00am and 9:00pm.

The Pool Bar offers drinks from 11:00am to 11:00pm every day.

In additional dining can be enjoyed at the Chattel Plaza, independently managed coffee shop, 39 Steps Restaurant and Golf Café located adjacent to the resort.
